Michael Vottis

Scotia - P. Michael Vottis, 50, died late July 19, 2013 after a 2½ year battle with brain cancer. A devoted father of two, Mike endlessly loved and supported his daughters. He had a larger than life personality with the ability to befriend anyone. Mike had an intense love for music and concerts. His other passions included skiing, fishing, painting and family trips to Maine. He is survived by a large, loving family, including his wife Theresa; daughters Christina and Amanda; parents Patrick and Patrita; brothers Guy (Sue), Tim, and Peter (Vanessa); sister Mary (Wayne); nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Please join the family in celebrating Mike's life on Tuesday July 23 from 6-8 p.m. at Guilderland's DeMarco Stone 5216 Western Turnpike Guilderland NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Madeline Sophie Church Carmen Road on Wednesday July 24. Interment to follow.
