Frances L (Sangalli) Hubel

Rotterdam – Frances L. Hubel, 88, passed away on Wednesday, December 14th, 2016 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Sondrio, Italy to Stephen Sangalli and Natalie (DeBernardi) Sangalli, Frances worked for many years at Schenectady County Social Services. During younger years Frances was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was predeceased in 1985 by her husband, William J. Hubel. Frances is survived by her brother, Paul Sangalli (Lois), her nephew, Glenn Sangalli (Kathleen) and her niece, Christine Monlea (Ramon) as well as several grandnieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 19th from 10am to 12pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. in Rotterdam. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery.
