Connie Ciervo

Schenectady - Constance A. “Connie” Ciervo entered eternal life on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. She was born on October 21, 1950 in Schenectady. Connie was a proud alumna of Notre Dame High School. Connie attended Maria College and Schenectady County Community College. She received her B.S. in Business Systems from Empire State College. Connie was employed in various phases of information technology at Capital OTB, Norstar Bank, St. Clare’s Hospital, and Barsons Construction prior to forming her own software development company in 1998. Connie was predeceased by her parents, John J. Ciervo, Sr. and Emily (néeMottolo) Ciervo. She is survived by her sister, Angela Ciervo of Schenectady, her brothers Frank J. (Michele) Ciervo of Niskayuna and John J. Ciervo, Jr. (Don Lutkus) of Boston, her beloved niece, Courtney Anne Ciervo of Niskayuna, and her faithful canine companion, Cooper, as well as numerous cousins. A calling period will be held Monday from 11:30-1pm at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:30 pm at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 1255 Pleasant St., Schenectady. Burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Schenectady.
