Virginia C "Ginny" Roberts

Albany- Virginia C. "Ginny" Roberts,77, peacefully at rest, Friday May 1, 2015. Born in Albany, a lifelong area resident Ginny was a graduate of local schools. She was employed as a secretary with Key Bank in Albany, for several decades, and member of the Quarter Century Club. Ginny was the beloved daughter of the late Frederick and Marie (Gray) Roberts; beloved sister of Gerald Frederick Roberts (Chuck) of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and the late Donald J. Roberts (Madeline), Walter Roberts,and Marie Roberts Knight(Matthew). Ginny is also survived by her nieces Donna Burke (Thomas), Linda Pleat (Colin), Cathie Horton, Maureen Roberts, Marcia Barringer (Paul),Carol Knight and her nephew David Knight ( Storm),plus many great nieces and nephews . There will be no calling hours.Family and friends are invited to a Tuesday, May 5, 10:300 am Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church 607 Central Ave, Albany.
