Schenectady- Virginia (DeMarco)DiNola, 95, at rest Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Virginia was born in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Carmine and Mary (DeNisio) DeMarco.She was a graduate of Mildred Elly. A homemaker, Virginia was also an active member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, and was involved in the annual church festa for many years. Virginia was the beloved wife of over 70 years to Dominick DiNola; beloved mother of Thomas DiNola and his wife, Donna of Henderson, NV, Robert DiNola and his wife, Carlin of Rotterdam, NY, Ronald DiNola and his fiancé, Adel Canfield of Palm City, FL; loving grandmother of Michael DiNola of Henderson, NV, Daniel,Rickey and Rachel DiNola, all of Rotterdam; beloved sister of Rose Cotugno of Rotterdam and the late Marie Mauriello; beloved sister-in-law of Mary Leone of Schenectadyand Antoinette DiNola of Ballston Lake. Virginia is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A calling period will be held Sunday, April 12, from 3 to 5pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam. All are invited to a Monday 10 am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Schenectady. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Brandywine Avenue, Schenectady. Virginia's family wishes to give special thanks to Our Lady of Mercy Life Center, especially the Guadalupe staff for their kind care of Virginia.
