Veronica (Callahan) Nardi

Rotterdam- Veronica '˜Ronnie" Nardi, 82, passed away at Glendale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on January 23, 2014. She was born in Troy on December 8, 1931. She married her husband Robert Nardi in 1957. For many years until her retirement she was employed at the former Carl Co. of Schenectady. Ronnie was a member of the Schonowee Fire Dept Ladies Auxiliary and loved playing volleyball. She is survived by her husband Robert, her son Michael of Albany, her nephew Richard Nardi and family friend Ed Polch. She was predeceased by several siblings. Family and friends are invited to call at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home Inc 1605 Helderberg Ave Rotterdam on Sunday January 26, 2014 from 6 pm to 8 pm. A Funeral service will be held at 11 am the funeral home on Monday January 27, 2014 with Father Jeffrey L'Arche officiating. Interment will follow at Memory
