Tina Louise Mohan Gusswiller

Rotterdam- Tina Louise Mohan Gusswiller, 65, passed away on Friday February 18, 2022 at St. Peter’s Hospital after a well fought battle with an aggressive cancer. Tina was the fourth of four children born to William Daniel Mohan and Marie Ruth Stark Mohan on August 10, 1956. Tina spent her childhood in Rensselaer, NY and Hornby, NY. She graduated from Van Rensselaer High School in Rensselaer. She immediately went to work, and continued to work hard throughout her life with a particular flare for IT and Finance. She also excelled in artful activities, such as oil painting, drawing, needlepoint and sewing. She was an exquisite designer and seamstress specializing in wedding apparel. For entertainment, Tina loved to bowl and was on several leagues throughout her life and outdoor seasonal activities. She particularly enjoyed her Cancun time. At the time of her death she was employed by Galesi Group in Mohawk Harbor. Tina is survived by her beloved son, Shawn Albert Gusswiller, her grandson, Shawn Alexander, her 3 siblings; Ruth (Brian) Tyndell of Addison NY, Kathleen (Michael) Gdula of Knox NY, and Daniel (Linda) Mohan of San Antonio TX. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her uncle Charles Stark of West Sand Lake.
