Thomas J. Alfree

SCHENECTADY- Thomas J. Alfree, 39, passed away suddenly on Saturday May 24, 2025.
Born in Niskayuna, NY, he was the son of Sandra Alfree. He graduated from Scotia Glenville High School and Cazenovia College in 2008. Thomas has worked with McDonalds since he was 14 years old and was currently the Field Restaurant Manager for the Gillis Organization in NJ. He was an Eagle Scout with Troop 62 in Scotia, NY.
In addition to his mother Thomas is survived by his uncle, John T. (Grace) Alfree, aunts, Susan Alfree and Susanne Kingsley, cousins, Dawn, June, Michael, Alisha, Jessica, and Christina. He is also survived by second cousins, friends, and other family. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Anna Alfree, and uncles, James and Charles Alfree.
Friends and family are invited to visit with Thomas’ family on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 10 am to 11:45 am at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, followed by a funeral service at 12 noon. Interment will be in Sts. Cyril & Method Cemetery, Rotterdam
