Theresa R. Tote

PRINCETOWN - Theresa R. Cuomo Tote, 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday August 10, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Schenectady on September 13, 1940 to the late Alphonso and Sophie Rogalski Cuomo. Theresa worked for over 30 years for the NYS Department of Transportation. She loved to shop, travel, go out to eat, and she especially loved spending time with all of her family. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Luciano Tote; her father and mother-in-law, John and Angelina Tote; her brother-in-law, Nick Lanaro; her brother-in-law, Guy Tote; and her sister-in-law, Lillian Cuomo.

Theresa is survived by her children, Louis Dean (Shelly) Tote, Michele (Kenny) Adriance, and Gary (Lori) Tote; her grandchildren, Anthony (Kara) Tote, Nicole (Christopher) Tote, Angela (Doug) Adriance, Alyssa (Tucker) Adriance, Briana (Nick) Chakurmanian, Luciano (Karina) Tote, Erica (Rich) McWatters, and Kayleigh (Adam) Rose; her great-grandchildren, Mila Gallione, Cameron Gallione, Anthony Tote, Eleanor Chakurmanian, Abigail Chakurmanian, and Zoey Chakurmanian; her brother, Alphonso Cuomo; her sister, Virginia Lanaro; her brother-in-law, John Tote; her sister-in-law, Mary Ann Tote; and many special nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The family would like to give special thanks to her caregivers, Brandi, Maggie, Kim, and Keziah.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday August 14th from 5 to 7pm at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. A funeral service will be held on Thursday August 15th at 10am at the funeral home, followed by interment in Sts Cyril & Method Cemetery, Rotterdam.
