Theodore Feidner

Theodore Feidner, 88, of Pattersonville, NY passed away on Wednesday September 11, 2024 at Albany Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on April 22, 1936 to the late Joseph and Lillian Feidner of Queens, NY.

Theodore relocated to the capital district with his family at a young age and attended Middleburgh schools before joining the Army where he spent two years deployed. Most recently he was employed as a Driver by UPS where he worked until retirement.  He was united in marriage to his wife Gloria on September 26, 1959. Together they had 45 wonderful years together until her passing in 2004.

In his spare time Ted enjoyed spending time at Sacandaga Lake at his camp. He also enjoyed fishing, watching racing and football.

He is survived by his loving son Eric Feidner (Barbara) as well as his loving daughters April McAuliffe (Tom) and Lily Burgess (Jim). Ted also had 3 loving grandchildren, Brittney, Joseph and Derek and 4 great grandchildren, Gianna, Giovanni, Brook and Morgan.

Ted was preceded in death by his wife Gloria, brothers, Thomas and Richard Feidner and his sister Audrey Meyers.

A Service of Remembrance will take place on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 12:00 pm at DeMarco Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, NY 12306. The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am. Following services Theodore will be laid to rest at Schenectady Memorial Park on Giffords Church Road, Schenectady.
