Tanya passed away at her home on Saturday, February 10th surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Schenectady and was the daughter of Kathi DiCesare and Ronald DiDonna. She grew up in Scotia and spent several years in Florida, where she loved to be in the warm weather and at the beach, before relocating back to the Schenectady area. Tanya was employed with NYOH as a Patient Advocate prior to her passing. Tanya had a witty personality and her joyful spirit was an encouragement to those who knew her best. She will be forever remembered by her love of laughter and her unwavering love of her family.
She was blessed to have many loving and caring friends who were wonderful to her over the last several years.
Tanya was predeceased by her grandparents, Thomas and Mary DiDonna, Marion Burrows and Albert Wilson, as well as her brother, John DiDonna.
She is survived by her children Zachary DiDonna and William "Max" Seeberger, her former husband, William “Billy” Seeberger. Her parents, Kathi and Carl DiCesare and her father, Ronald DiDonna, her brothers, Mike DiCesare, Carl, Alainna, Adeline and James DiCesare.
The family would like to extend their gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Evangelist at NYOH.
Calling hours will be held Friday from 5-7 pm at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 am Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church 400 Saratoga Rd., Glenville with burial to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Glenville.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the NYOH Foundation in memory of Tanya Seeberger.
