Susan G (Swanson) Spawn

Susan G. Spawn, 64, of Guilderland, passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. Susan was born in Jamestown, NY to the late Gifford II and Evelyn McIntosh Swanson. She was a graduate of Guilderland High School and also attended Siena College. Susan was employed as an Office Manager with Adirondack Steel and Process Equipment Parts in Latham. Susan will be sorely missed by all of her loving family. In addition to her parents, Susan was also predeceased by her beloved husband of 42 years, David L. Spawn, her sister Cindy Barcomb and her mother in law and father in law, Leslie and Jene Spawn. She is survived by her loving daughter, April Jubrey (Emil), granddaughters; Shauna and Cheyenne Jubrey, two brothers; Gifford Swanson III (Maureen) and Eric Swanson (Laura), her sisters; Lisa Borowicz (Robert) and Kathy Sorel, as well as many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-7 pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 5216 Western Tpk. (Rt. 20) in Guilderland. A Graveside service will begin on Tuesday, 11 am at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
