Susan D (Youngs) Gazzillo

Rotterdam - Susan Gazzillo passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Horvath Youngs. She was married to Frank Gazzillo. They were together for 54 years. Susan graduated from Schalmont High School before going on to work as an Account Clerk for Mohonasen High School in Rotterdam. She loved Disney, cruises, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Frank, her children; Brian Gazzillo (April Potter) and Dina Kenfield, her grandchildren; Joshua Galick, Joseph (Becca) Gazzillo, Breanne Kenfield, and Caleb Kenfield, her great grandchildren; Cooper Gazzillo, Harley Galick, Vyncent Gazzillo, Hunter Galick, and Luke Galick, as well as many close friends. She is predeceased by her parents, James and Mary, and her sister, Karen Carignan. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 30 from 5pm-7pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. Schenectady, NY 12306. A funeral service will be held privately by the family. Susan will be laid to rest at Schenectady Memorial Park.
