Summer Leigh Smith

Summer Leigh Smith passed away peacefully on January 9th 2015.She entered this world on June 11th, 1983 and brought her family joy and laughter that will never be forgotten.Although she faced many personal struggles through her short life, she faced them with grace.Her ability to care for others and bring smiles and laughter to every occasion was an every day occurrence.Her greatest joy in life was her children, which in turn is her greatest gift to us.She is survived by her children Richard Allen Lee Smith-Bray, Anthony Lee Smith, and Caden Michael Lee Smith., her brothers; Daniel Lee Smith, Matthew Smith and John Hoin Jr., twosisters; Megan Smith and Alex Hoin, her mother; Kristin Ann Hoin and father Albert Lee Smith.Rest in peace my sweet child. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-6 pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 5216 Western Tpk. (Rt. 20) in Guilderland.Funeral services will begin at 6 pm.
