Stella L Pugliese

Rotterdam- Stella L. Pugliese, 77, formerly of Masullo Parkway and more recently Providence Rhode Island passed away peacefully on December 5, 2016 after a short illness She was born in Rochester on June 10, 1939 the daughter of the late Philip and Josephine Cardarelli Taluto. Stella married her beloved husband Thomas Pugliese on October 11, 1958 and enjoyed 52 years of marriage until his death on April 9, 2011. Stella is lovingly remembered as a devoted homemaker wife mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her women’s clubs and spending time with her family especially her beloved grandchildren. Stella was employed for many years as the Church Secretary at St Gabriel’s Church. She is survived by her children son Philip and his wife Robin Pugliese and daughter Angela and her husband Steven Reynolds and her grandchildren Gabriella and Nicholas Pugliese Her brother Joseph and his wife Susan Taluto her brother-in-law Frank and Norma Pugliese and Robert and Judith Pugliese and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday December 10, 2016 at 10 am St Gabriel’s Church Rotterdam. Interment will be private. In keeping with Stella’s wishes there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that memorial donations may be made to the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center 1085 North Main Street Providence Rhode Island 02904.
