Stella (Perkoski) Chamberlain

Scotia- Stella C. Chamberlain, 94, of Cambridge Manor Scotia Passed away peacefully on January 6, 2015. She was born Scranton PA on June 16, 1920 a daughter of the late John and Bertha Perkoski. For many years her and her late husband John Owned and Operated a neighborhood store called Chamberlain's in Bellevue. After retiringfrom the retail business Stella worked for Harris R. Gregory& Son for many years until she retired and became a full time homemaker. John passed away on June 3 1987. In her later years Stella was a devoted homemaker and beloved mother grandmother and great grandmother. Stella was a communicant of St Anthony's Church and a member of the DAV Auxiliary. She is survived by her sons Bruce and His wife Patricia Chamberlain of Schenectady and James Chamberlain of Scotia her granddaughters MichelleChamberlain of Rotterdam and Melissa Chamberlain of Brunswick and her great grandson Lucas Anderson of Rotterdam. Besides her husband John she was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. In keeping with Stella's Wishes all services will be private.
