Star Leana Moshier

Schenectady – Star Leana Moshier, 42,passed away at home on Thursday, August 25, 2022. Born in Schenectady, Star was the daughter of Frank Barbare and Patricia Passino. Star Moshier was a loving dedicated mother to her only son Isiah Moshier. Although she faced hardship as a single mother living a checkered life, she still dedicated her entire life to providing and raising her son. She was a wonderful person with a heart of gold. She loved children and always embraced family when she would see them. She is loved and missed dearly by her parents Frank Barbare and Patricia Passino; her beloved son, Isiah Moshier; her sisters on her mothers side Darla Moshier, Connie Salisbury and Sharon Moshier as well as many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday from 10:30amto 12pmat DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Schenectady. A service will begin at 12pm.Burial will follow at Park View Cemetery.
