Rose A. Burian

ALTAMONT - Rose Burian passed away on Sunday April 6, 2025, after a brief illness. Rose was born to Lyle and Gertrude Jensen on August 19, 1942. She was the youngest of three children, her brother Robert and sister Jessie (Jean) preceded her in death. Rose was also predeceased by her daughter Kimberly. She leaves behind her husband, Wayne, her son, Lee, and two grandchildren, Chase and Alexis.

Rose was caring and compassionate, she was always willing to thank people for their help, such as the staff at the local grocery for doing their job. Rose was a talented crafter and an avid knitter. She shared the talent by all the items she made for others. We will miss her quips and her play on words to get a laugh from others.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday May 10th at Wayne and Rose’s residence, 2782 Furbeck Rd in Altamont. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA  22116 or to the American Heart Association, 4 Atrium Dr., Albany, NY 12205 would be appreciated. Arrangements by DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, Guilderland.
