Rory "Doug" Duquette

SCHENECTADY - Rory Douglas “Doug” Duquette, 66, passed away on Friday October 4, 2024 at the Wynn Hospital in Utica. He was born in Schenectady on January 19, 1958 to the late Roderick Daniel, Sr and Nola Jean Thomas Duquette. Raised in Burnt Hills, he was a graduate of Burnt Hills- Ballston Lake High School. He joined the Marine Corps in 1977 and was honorably discharged in 1980. He then worked as an internet cable lineman, before going into the heating and cooling industry. Doug enjoyed riding his bicycle, reading, crafting, and keeping busy. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Debra Duquette.

Doug is survived by his siblings, R. Daniel (Thanh) Duquette, Charice Ann Duquette, and Dawn (Peter) Schaub; and many nieces and nephews.
