Roger W Fallon

Rotterdam – Roger W. Fallon, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, October 10th, 2017 at St. Peter’s Hospital. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Roger grew up in Hamtramck, Michigan and attended Hamtramck High School. Roger honorably served his county in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Roger was a custodian at Woodland Hill Montessori School. Roger coached little league and enjoyed collecting coins, camping and boating. He was also an avid Civil War buff. Roger is survived by his sons, Roger and Ryan, grandchildren, Sophia, Haley and Gina, as well as his sister, Dolly Wojcik and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his longtime companion, Lynn Reickert and one aunt, Sophie Oshab. A visitation will take place on Saturday, October 14th, from 1-3pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. A memorial service will follow at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Peter’s Hospice Inn, 315 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208. Arrangements are by R.J. DeLuccia Funeral Service.
