Robert J "Bob" Pemberton

Schenectady- RobertJ. "Bob" Pemberton, at rest, Saturday, March 15, 2014. Bob was born in Albany, the son of Clarence and Elizabeth (Laneheart) Pemberton. He was employed for many years as an operator at NL Industries in Albany. Bob enjoyed much of what nature had to offer. He especially enjoyed fishing, bird watching and just enjoying time with family at his camp on Sacandaga Lake. Bob was the beloved husband of 52 years to Margaret Piper Pemberton; beloved father of Susan Von Maucher-Pemberton, Sondra (Dominick) Cotugno , Debra (Scott Miller) Besson, Michael Pemberton; beloved brother of Joseph (Janet) Pembertonloving grandfather of Jonathan and Thomas Von Maucher, Kylie and Chelsea Cotugno; Bob is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held Saturday March 22 from 10:30 am to12:30 pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam with a funeral service to immediately follow at 12:30pm.
