Richard J Breitenstein

Schenectady - Richard J. Breitenstein, 50, died Saturday at his home due to a longterm illness. Son of Mary Cerniglia Breitenstein and the late Richard E. Breitenstein. Survivors include his daughters, Tarah & Tasha Breitenstein. His granddaughter, Gianna Stone and his grandsons, Gavin Walcott & Dominick Stinzanni. Richard is also survived by his sister, Kathy (Joe) Lito and his nephew, Joseph Lito Jr. along with several aunts, uncles & cousins. Rick loved being in the outdoors where he enjoyed camping and fishing. He will be remembered as being kind hearted and having the ability to make people laugh. A calling hour will be held Friday from 10-11 am at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. A funeral service will follow at 11 am. Burial will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
