Raymond Fetter

Rotterdam - Raymond Fetter, 70, passed away at home on Thursday June 11, 2015. Born in Schenectady, Raymond was a lifelong Schenectady area resident. He spent his entire career working at the General Electric Co. Raymond will be remembered as always putting his family and kids first and having them as priority #1. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Beverly Fetter. 2 sons; Raymond L. (Patti) Fetter Jr. and Dean (Donna) Fetter both of Rotterdam. 4 grandchildren; Amanda, Tattiana, Timothy and Tyler. 3 brothers; David Fetter of Rotterdam, Roy (Barbara) Fetter of Mariaville and Bill Fetter of Texas. 2 sisters; June (Dan) O'Connell of Schenectady and Tammy Fetter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Raymond was predeceased by his brother, Mark. Funeral services will begin 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. Visitation, to which relatives and friends are invited, will precede the service from 11-12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Vale Cemetery.
