Ralph Disorbo

Rotterdam- Ralph DiSorbo, 86, of First Street passed awaypeacefully at Ellis Hospital on January 14 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Ralph was born on August 17, 1929 in Schenectady a son of the late Joseph and Angelina Albanese DiSorbo. He was educated in local schools. Until his retirement in 1992 Ralph was employed by the General Electric Company as a welder. He enjoyed bowling, collecting antiques and tinkering in his garages. Ralph married his beloved wife Elena on June 1 1957. Besides his wife Elenahe is survived his brother-in-law Pasquale DiSorbo, his daughters Antoinette Marie Gibbs and her husband Robert of Lake Mary Florida and Angelina Elena DiSorbo of Rotterdam. He also leaves behind 4 grandchildren Sarah Olow and her husband Tim of Austin TX,Tara Diamante and her fiancée Brenton Ebersold of Charlotte NC, Aleah Boggess and her husband David of Daytona Beach Florida and Levi Gibbs of Columbia SC and many nieces and nephews. Ralph was predeceasedby his parents and brother Anthony DiSorbo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 Am at St Gabriel's Church on Thursday January 21 2016. Entombment will follow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery Niskayuna.
