Phyllis J (Russell) Sadow

Phyllis J. Sadow (Russell), 71, of Niskayuna, left to be with the Lord on June 26, 2015 after a long illness. Born in Thurman, NY on November 21, 1943, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Roy E. and Lulu (Westcott) Russell, loving wife of the late Frank J. Sadow, and was also predeceased by her brother Richard L. Russell and sister Evelyn A. Russell. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Niskayuna and worked at Craig School in the Niskayuna School District until her retirement in 2009. Phyllis adored, loved and enjoyed her family and we thank you Mom for being an amazing mother, grandmother and friend to all. She is survived by her two children, Natalie J. Sadow and Gregory J. Sadow, two grandchildren, Maximos Sadow and Phillip Zazzaro as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Phyllis's family would like to thank the staff at Baptist Nursing Health & Rehabilitation and everyone who cared for our mother. Relatives and friends are invited to join Phyllis's family's celebration of her life on Wednesday. Calling hours will be from 10 am to 12 noon at Trinity Baptist Church, 2635 Balltown Rd, in Niskayuna. Memorial services will begin at the church at 12 noon.
