Philip C Parks Jr

Rotterdam – Philip C. Parks Jr., 64, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021. He is survived by his long-time companion of 40 years, Sally A. Nagay and his parents, Philip C. Parks Sr. & Evelyn (Cheslock) Parks. He was the brother of Roxana Jackson, Vickie Puzio and the late Phylis Hirakami. Phil also leaves behind Sally’s children who he considered his own; Betsy, David and Lisa along with 1 granddaughter and 2 great grandsons as well as several nieces and nephews. Per Phil’s request there will be no services.
