Patricia K Wood

Schenectady- Patricia K. “Susie” Wood, 80, passed away peacefully at Ellis Hospital on August 2, 2017. She was born on June 5, 1937 in Albany NY a daughter of the late Julius and Katherine Riccardo Meisner. She was a high school graduate of Colonie High School. For many years until he retirement Patricia was a baker for the Friehofer Bakery Co. She is survived by her son Matthew J. Yanas Jr. and her daughter Agena Wood both of Schenectady, nine grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and her brother Charles (Debra) Meisner and the rest of the Meisner family; nieces nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends. Patricia was predeceased by her husband Sterling Wood in 2014 her son Brian K. Yanas and two siblings her brother Edward Meisner and her sister Carolyn Meisner. Family and friends are invited to call at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home Inc 1605 Helderberg Ave Rotterdam on Tuesday August 15, 2017 from 9am to 10 am. Funeral services will immediately follow at the funeral home at 10 am. Interment will follow at Saratoga National Cemetery Schuylerville.
