Michael J. Robinson

SCOTIA - Michael J. Robinson passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2024. He was born in Schenectady, NY on July 11, 1956 to the late James P. Robinson and Helen Robinson O’Rourke. Upon graduating from Mont Pleasant High School, he worked as a Bakery Assistant for Price Chopper - Market 32 for a great number of years. He was an avid baseball fan, especially of the New York Yankees. Michael was also an avid comic book collector as well as movie DVD’s. Above all else, he loved his family and found great joy in being an uncle and grand-uncle. Michael was predeceased by his parents, and brother, Patrick Robinson.

Michael is survived by his siblings, Sean (Yvonne) Robinson, Angela (Cliff) Pitt, and Catherine (George) Kondratowicz, and sister-in-law, Julie Robinson. He is also survived by his aunt, Bridie Fisher, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A calling hour will be held on Monday June 3rd from 10 to 11am at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, followed by interment in the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery Mausoleum.
