Mark A Snyder

Schenectady - Mark A. Snyder, 57, died on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Albany, Mark was the son of Robert and Dolores Bordeaux Snyder. He worked as an Electrician for many years with Todd’s Electric in Schenectady and most recently with Precision Electric in Averill Park. Mark enjoyed fishing and was an avid lifelong NASCAR fan. Mark was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Schenectady. Mark was so kind hearted and devoted to the people he loves. He enjoyed recording thunderstorms and being out in nature. He is survived by the love of his life, Barbara Forgette of Schenectady, his daughter; Shannon (Gary Lenz) of Gloversville, his sister; Cheri Snyder of Rotterdam, brothers; Kevin Snyder of Schenectady, David Snyder of Guilderland, Brian Snyder of Schenectady and Robert (Anne) Snyder II of South Carolina and Michael Snyder of Guilderland, his beloved grandchildren; Lyndsey and Noah Nellis, three nephews; George Kiraly and Mike Lemons, David Snyder and niece; Ceryna Kiraly. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 10 am to 12 noon at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. Social distancing and masks will be required.
