Marion Robinson

Guilderland - Marion Robinson, 90, of Spawn Rd., passed away on Wednesday January 7, 2026. Born in Guilderland, she was the daughter of Carl and Edith Warner Leininger. Marion graduated from Draper High School in Rotterdam and on May 15, 1955 married Burton Robinson. She worked for the NYS Controller’s office in Albany before retiring. Marion was a member of the Lynnwood Reformed Church. She enjoyed traveling, as well as crafts and quilting. She was predeceased by her husband Burton in December.

Marion is survived by her children, Carol (Tom) Tommell, Bruce (Lori) Robinson, and Gail (Dan) Parker; her grandchildren, Amanda Parker (Robert Bruderer), Jason Parker, Rebecca and Taylor Tommell; her step grandchildren, Sarah and Justin Smith; her great-granddaughter, Abigail Parker; and her step great grandchildren, Isabell, Isaiah, Elijah, and Noah Smith.

A memorial service, to which relatives and friends are invited, will be held on Friday January 16th at 11am at the Lynnwood Reformed Church, 3714 Carmen Rd, Guilderland. It is requested there will be no calling hours. Private burial in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Guilderland. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either the Lynnwood Reformed Church or to the Guilderland Food Pantry. Arrangements by DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, Guilderland.
