Margaret M. Gallo

Margaret M. Gallo passed away peacefully on Thursday May 1, 2025. She was a lifelong resident of Schenectady/ Rotterdam. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Albino and Angeline Amoroso Gallo; her brothers, Patrick Gallo and Vincent (Louise) Gallo; and beloved friend, Erwin Shapiro. Survivors include sister, Roslie Gallo Buthmann; brother, Albert (Joyce) Gallo; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Pleasant St., Schenectady, on Thursday May 8th at 10am, followed by interment in Sts Cyril & Method Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Community Hospice, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208. Arrangements by DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, Rotterdam.
