Maddalena Di Ianne

Maddalena Di Ianne, age 91, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 12th, 2026, at St. Peter’s Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Maddalena was born on January 2nd, 1935, in Telese, Italy to the late Giuseppe and Giuseppina (Fiorillo) Ciliento.

Maddalena met her beloved husband, the late Emilio, and the two were soon wed in August of 1953. Together they began building a long-lasting family legacy of love and tradition, as Maddalena cherished nothing more than tending to her home and caring for her four sons, Armando, Tony, Claudio, and Fausto.

Maddalena is survived by her sons, Armando (the late Bertha), Antonio “Tony” (Valerie), Claudio (Jennifer), and Fausto Di Ianne (Bill); as well as her several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Maddalena is preceded in death by her husband, Emilio Di Ianne.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, from 10-11AM, at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Avenue, Rotterdam, NY.

A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 11AM, at the funeral home.

Interment will conclude Maddalena’s services, at Sts. Cyril and Method Cemetery, Rotterdam, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, and Shriners Children’s Hospital, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
