Lynn M. Ragozzino

Lynn Mary Ragozzino, 65, passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 9, 2025 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. A lifelong resident of Schenectady, she was born on August 27, 1960 to the late Michael and Carmela Ruggiero Ragozzino and graduated from Linton High School. Lynn worked as a painter and a care giver, retiring in 2020. She was a parishioner of St. Anthony’s Church in Schenectady. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her partner, Susan Secor.

Lynn is survived by her brother, Michael (Julie) Ragozzino; her niece, Rachael Ragozzino; her nephew, Andrew (Alexa) Ragozzino; her great nephews, Rhett and AJ Ragozzino; her ever faithful fur baby, Gianna, who never left her side; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loyal friends. Many thanks to everyone at NYOH, hospice, and friends and family for all their love and support during this time.

Lynn has been privately cremated. Memorial calling hours will be held on Tuesday September 16th from 10am to 12pm at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, followed by a memorial service at 12pm. She will then be interred at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Schenectady. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204.
