Luigi Campagnano

Schenectady- Luigi Campagnano, 41, of Schenectady entered into the arms of Our Lord on May 30, 2013 with his loving family at his side. Luigi was born in Sguille, Caserta Italy on June 24, 1972 the only son of the Eugenio and Maria Mone Campagnano. The family immigrated to America and he received his education at Mt Carmel School and later graduated from Mont Pleasant High School. Luigi had a great love for music and was a talented guitar player. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his beloved mother Maria, his sister and brother in law Maria and Domenic Tebano of Rotterdam, and sisters Immacolata and Pia Campagnano of Italy. Luigi also is survived by his nieces and nephews, Attilio (Cheryl),Annalisa(Robert),Dino(Makayla) and Anthony all of Rotterdam,Stefano, Anna Maria, Monica, Matilda, Tiziana and Maria Pia all of Italyand 14 great nieces and nephews , Tiana, Domenic, Damian, Andrew, Aiden, Ashton, Benjamin, Milania, Diona, Lola, Angelo, Denise, Christianand Danielo. Luigi also leaves behind extended family in Italy. He was predeceased by his beloved father Eugenio and a nephew Giuseppe. Family and friends are invited to call a the DeMarco- Stone Funeral Home Inc 1605 Helderberg Ave Rotterdam On MondayJune 3 ,2013 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Funeral services will begin Tuesday June 4, 2013at 8:15 am at the funeral home. Immediately following a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church Schenectady. Interment will be at a later date in Italy. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Dr. David Hornick and Greg Rich for all of their care and support.
