Albany - Louise M. DiCerbo passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday February 2, 2015. She was born in Schenectady on May 1, 1932 to the late Louis and Jennie (Sansone) DiCerbo. Louise received her B.A. degree from the College of St. Rose and went on to receiver her M.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame. She went to Greece and taught English for several years and upon returning to the United States She became an English professor at SUNY Cobleskill retiring after 20 years. Louise is survived by her sister, Marion (Charlie) Judson of Schenectady. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends from the Avila Retirement Community where she resided for the past 10 years. Along with her parents, Louise was predeceased by her 3 siblings; Constance Tyrrell, Guy DiCerbo and Theresa Parascandola. Funeral services and burial will be private.
