Rotterdam- Lorraine P. Bisner, of Rotterdam passed away at home on Friday, January 7, 2022. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter to the late Edward and Patricia Lawless. She was happily married to the late Edward Bisner for 35 years. Lori was a graduate of Mohonasen High School.She worked various jobs such as accounting and insurance, lastly working as anoffice administrator with Latham Family Vision. She and Edward were members of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Schenectady. She loved to travel, taking vacations to Myrtle Beach, weekends at the family camp on Sacandaga Lake, shopping, playing the lotto tickets, cooking, entertaining guests in her home, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter Laurie Ann (Ken Oddy) Richardson, her two sons; Shawn (Chris) Bisner, and Michael (Michelle Hunsinger) Bisner, her grandchildren;MakaylaRichardson, Ashley (Zackary Brannigan) Richardson, Kyle Bisner, Ryan Bisner, and Adam Bisner, as well as many close friends and relatives.She also leaves behind her faithful companion, her GermanShepard, Bailey. With her parents and husband, Lori is also predeceased by her brother, Edward Lawless. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 11 from 6pm-8pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. Schenectady, NY 12306. Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, January 12 at 8:15am at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 9am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Schenectady. Lori will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Colonie. Memorial contributions in Lori’s name may be made to ASPCA.
