Linda D Deschenes

Linda Dean Deschenes, 68, of Milton, passed away at home on Saturday, October 6, 2018. Born in Schenectady, Linda was a graduate of Shalmont High School. She was employed as the Director of the Youth Arts Program with SPAC for 19 years and retired in 2015. Linda was a member of Faith Baptist Church and was very involved with mission’s ministries at the church. She also spent much of her time doing things with her beloved grandchildren. Linda was predeceased by her father John Deschenes. She is survived by her mother, Barbara Deschenes, her devoted son Christopher (Helen) Cipriano, three sisters, Jayne (Richard) Beitka, Denice (Harold Sherman) Suriano and Christina (Scott) Latella and five grandchildren, Jonathan, Matthew, Logan, Isabelle and Jack. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5-7 pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home at 7:00 Thursday evening.
