Linda Cable

Schenectady- Linda Cable, 74, passed away on Friday December 11, 2020. Born in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of the late Phillip Cannavo and the late Linda Vitolo Cannavo. She was happily married to Bernie Cable for 31 years. Linda received her teaching degree from Albany University. She would teach in the Schenectady School District for 33 years before retiring in 2002. She enjoyed stamping, collecting books and reading, travelling, and gardening. She was family centered and cherished the time spent with her family. She is survived by her husband, Bernie, her sister-in law Cathy Cannavo, and her sister-in-law, Brenda Cable Miller (Dan). Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020 from 5pm-7pm at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. Schenectady, NY 12306. A mass of Christian burial will be held privately by the family. A private burial will take place at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna.
