Leonel Demers

Glenville – Leonel Demers, 91, passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 9, 2024 at the Glendale Nursing Home. Born in Champlain, NY, he was the son of the late Leonel and Mabel (Tallman) Demers. He served our country in the United States Army during the Korean war. Leo was a heavy equipment operator with the Operating Engineers Local 106 before retiring.

He is survived by his children, several brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews.

He will be buried with his family in St. Mary’s cemetery, Champlain, NY.
