Leanne K Wyman

Schenectady - Leanne K. Wyman, of Schenectady, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at her home after a long illness,, she was 53 years of age.. Leanne grew up in Rotterdam and graduated from Schalmont High School in 1987. She later attended Mildred Elley in Albany. She was employed for 26 years as an Administration Assistant at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Niskayuna. Leanne was an avid reader, had a passion for any kind of art with wolf themes and enjoyed attending Proctors theater with her best friend Lorena. Leanne touched many lives and was loved by all who knew her. Leanne is survived by her parents, Howard and Susan Alderdice Wyman, her aunts and uncles, Arlene and Phillip Della Rocco, Maryann Martin (the late Ralph Martin), Sally Alderdice (the late John Alderdice), and several cousins. A calling hour will be held on Friday from 9 – 10 am at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home at 10 am. Entombment will follow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery. Memorial donations in Leanne’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society at donate3cancer.org, or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at nationalmscociety.org.
