Schenectady – Kim Marie Horan, 61, passed away expectedly on January 7th, 2021 with her surviving daughter by her side. After high school graduation, Kim went to school for cosmetology. All of her family would always ask for her to cut their hair, dye it or curl it, etc. She was also a meat cutter for several different companies over the years. Kim was a loving parent and always did what she had to as a single mom. She loved doing puzzles, adored her cats and loved a good scare and watching her horror movies. Kim would do her own nails and they were always beautiful and long and when people would ask where she got them done she would tell them they are my real nails and I paint them on my own. Kim always created and crafted for family and friends. She enjoyed making apartments her own, decorating them with paintings and photos. Kim was predeceased by her mother, Carol G. LaBombard, her daughter, Brandi L. Tobin and her granddaughter, Bella Rose Tobin. Kim is survived by 3 sisters, Debra Lamberson (Billy Baranowski), Pamela Horan and Kelly M. (Horan) Dunnington who resides in Camden, Delaware. She is also survived by her 2 daughters, Marie (Tobin) Ginter and Charlene (Tobin) Marable (Tommy) as well as 6 grandchildren.
