Rotterdam - Czeslawa "Justine" Wronkowski, 93, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2013 at the Baptist Health Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Scotia. Born in Albany on April 7, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Zacheusz and Julia Morawska Roman. A graduate of Albany High School, she was employed by the General Electric Company during the war and later by the NYS Dept. of Health, retiring in 1976. Justine was married to Mieczyslaw "George" Wronkowski on October 27, 1945 at the Church of St. Adalbert in Schenectady. Justine was predeceased by her husband, George, on August 17, 1984; daughter-in-law Barbara (Mumford) Wronkowski; Sisters Sophia Duchna and Virginia Nowak. Justine is survived by her loving son, Gary Wronkowski of Rotterdam; one brother Stephen Roman of Hyde Park; and the joy of her later years, two grandchildren, Stacey Wronkowski of Cincinnati and Matthew Wronkowski of Raleigh. Funeral services will be private for the immediate family only. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in St. Adalbert's Cemetery.
