Joyce M (Roe) Denovio

Worcester-Joyce M. DeNovio, 72, passed away Tuesday November 5,2013 after being stricken at home. Joyce was born October 22 ,1941 to the late Jess an Fannie Lewis Roe in the Town of Schoharie. She was employed as a certified nurse's assistant at the Glendale Home for many years, retiring in 1996. Joyce was member of the Moose Lodge of Schenectady and the Oneonta Moose Chapter 1461. Joyce was a residentof Schenectady where she lived and worked for years .She moved to Worcester after the death of her husband Robert DeNovio in 1993 . Joyce is survivedby her sisters Barbara (Boyd) Rose and EleanorSquire both of Schenectady and several nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her husband Robert. Calling hours will be held on Thursday Morning at the DeMarco Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave Rotterdam from 9 am to 11 am. Funeral services will begin at 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Colonie. In lieu of flowers memorial donations maybe made to the Worcester Emergency Medical Service CorpsMain St. Worcester NY 12197. Local arrangement s by R.J.
