Josephine S (Kaczor) Wilson

Rotterdam – Josephine S. Wilson, 96, passed away Monday July 31, 2017 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of Joseph and Ann Kaczor and was a lifelong Rotterdam resident. Prior to her starting a family with her husband, Clayton, Josephine worked several years at the General Electric Co. She was a communicant of the Church of St. Adalbert. She is survived by her two sons; Robert J. (Kathleen) Wilson and David D. (Joanne) Wilson. Nine grandchildren; Michael, Amanda, Jeremy and Elisha Wilson, Kimberly Woodrow, David, Jessica, Brandon and Brittany Wilson. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren. The family extends their special thanks to Dr. Cindy Chan and Dr. Arthur Vakiener. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6-8 pm at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. Funeral services will begin 10:15 am Friday at the funeral home followed by an 11 am Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of St. Adalbert. Burial will follow at St. Adalbert’s cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Church.
