John W Tooley Sr

Princetown - John W. Tooley Sr., 64, passed away suddenly on WednesdayMay 11, 2016. Born and raised in Schenectady he was the son of the lateRobert and Ruth Taber Tooley. John worked for the Department of MotorVehicles in Albany for 23 years and was the owner/operator of Tooley'sBody Shop in Princetown. He was currently a school bus driver forSchalmont Schools. He was a former member of the Pine Grove FireDepartment. He will be remembered for his love of classic cars, the 1950'smusic. John was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and greatgrandfather. He loved being around his kids and spending time with hisgrandchildren. He is survived by his best friend his wife of 47 years, Lana VosburghTooley.His four children; Lana Marie (James) Lovett, John (Donna) Tooley Jr.,Jason (Bridget) Tooley and Lanel (Aurelio Jr.) Pagan.13 grandchildren; Nicholas (Adele), Adam, Tyler, Joella, Tiffany, Stephanie,Jayden, Jesse, Jace, Drake, Jerimiah, Tiana and Tyrus.2 great granddaughters; Giuliana and Madelyn Rose.His brother; Robert (Barbara) Tooley.His motherÂinÂlaw; Fernande Vosburgh.He is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Deborah,Theresa and Calvin along with special friends, Shelby and Dave. He will begreatly missed by his best 4 legged friend, Tank, who he loved dearly.Along with his parents he was predeceased by his daughterÂinÂlaw KristenTooley and his sister Patricia Tooley. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 4Â7 pm at DeMarcoÂStone FuneralHome 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. Funeral services will begin 10 am Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Schenectady Memorial Park.
