Gloversville- Johanna Cinquino, 85, formerly of Schenectady passed away peacefully on August 8, 2017. Johanna was born in Schenectady a daughter of the late Anthony and Angela Foti. She is survived by her daughter Susan A. Cinquino and her son Clark Garrett Wildy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews. Johanna was predeceased by her husband Edward in 1969, her brother John Foti and her sister MaryAnn Foti-Ballester. She attended the Catholic School System, had numerous college credits in the Liberal Arts and Human Services and held several state licenses in Health Care. Johanna was the co-owner and co-founder of Rotterdam Home Health Care and dedicated all her skills in working with the elderly and intellectually and physically challenged young adults and children. She volunteered for special need animal organizations, the Special Olympics, Guide for the Blind and was known for involvement with the Foster Parents program. Johanna was a gifted vocalist and musician. She always had an open door policy for friends and family. She will be lovingly remembered by the many lives she touched for her giving spirit, compassion and personality. In accordance to Johanna’s wishes there will not be funeral services. Private burial services at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery will be held for immediate family.
