Jeffrey J Weatherwax Sr

Schenectady – Jeffrey J. Weatherwax, Sr., 59, passed away Sunday April 11, 2021 at Ellis Hospital. Born in Schenectady, Jeff was a graduate of Niskayuna High School. A hard worker, Jeff was a CDL truck driver for many years at Quant Enterprises in Schenectady before closing and most recently drove truck for Arctic Glacier. Jeff also enjoyed the outdoors where he loved to hunt and fish and also was a staff member for several years at the Harley Rendezvous in Mariaville. He will be loved and missed by all! Jeff was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Joan Weatherwax along with his brother, John Weatherwax. He is survived by his stepson, Michael Fleig, his son, Jeffrey J. Weatherwax, Jr. and his daughters Madison Weatherwax and Sarah Weatherwax. Two brothers; Charles (Eileen) Weatherwax and Daniel (Melody) Woodbeck. His twin sister; Jo-Ann J. Quant. He was the loving PaPa fro to Shaun Forgett, Aiden Fleig, Leonidas Fleig and Cashius Fleig. Jeff is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 1-3pm at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. Masks must be worn and all Covid-19 restrictions will be in place. A 3pm memorial service will immediately follow.
