Jean S (Dipofi) Badalucco

Rotterdam - Jean S. DiPofi Badalucco, 90, passed away peacefully at Ellis hospital with family at her side on Thursday, November 4, 2021 after a short illness. Jean was born May 19, 1931 to the late John and Philomena DiPofi. Jean graduated from Mont Pleasant High School in 1949. She then went on to have a career as a secretary and retired from KAPL after 44 years. She was a very generous and kind hearted person who loved her bowling and her Yankees. She was predeceased by her brothers, Larry, John and sister, Angie. Jean is survived by her husband Joseph of 68 years, her son Joseph (Ann Marie), her cherished grandchildren, Tracy Messerle, David (Jennifer) andBrian Badalucco (Christina), four great grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Ryan and Sophiaand many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial, to which relatives and friends are invited, will be celebrated at 11 am Monday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 1255 Pleasant St., Schenectady, NY 12303. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at the address above.
