James (Jim) Anthony Kingsley, 65, long time resident of Guilderland, NY passed away peacefully on January 7th, 2015 with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Mary, and his four children; Jennifer Kingsley, Bryan Kingsley, Jaime Ralston (Sean) and Ryder Kingsley (Yenny), Brothers and Sisters in-law, and many nieces and nephews.He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren; Carter, Avery, Jackson and Sophia. James was born in Cleveland, OH, the son of the late Charles and Donna (Waldo) Kingsley. He is also predeceased by his sister Kathy Graves.Jim, as he was known by friends and family, was an incredibly talented musician and devoted family man. He spent much time traveling with his wife Mary and as a devout catholic; he attended mass weekly no matter where he was.A notably selfless individual, Mr. Kingsley donated regularly to various charities and causes in the Capital Region and state of New York. A former Assistant Vice President of Austin & Co. Inc., and recently retired, he was an avid golfer and lead guitarist of local band Agent 2.0.Jim will be missed dearly by all who had the distinct pleasure of knowing him. Calling hours will be held at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home 5216 Western Tpk. (Rt. 20) in Guilderland on Sunday, January 11th from 3pm to 7pm. Funeral services will begin on Monday, 9:15 from the funeral home, followed at 10 am by a Mass of Christian Burial at The Church of Christ the King, 20 Sumter Ave. in Guilderland. Burial will be at St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands.
