James D Barbarulo

James D. Barbarulo, 87, of Rotterdam passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Ellis Hopsital. James was born in Schenectady, the son of Nunzio and Carmela Barber Barbarulo.A Navy Veteran, Jimmy served from 1946 to 1947. He worked at the Army Depot in Rotterdam for 19 ½ years and at General Electric as a Millwright for 25 years. He retired in 1991. He was a member of the Amity Hall Bowling League. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was also predeceased by his brothers; Charles Barbarulo, Frank Barbarulo, Tony Barbarulo and Emery Barbarulo. He is survived by his beloved wife Patricia Barbarulo, his daughter; Michele Betzweiser, and her husband Eric, and his son; Michael Barbarulo, four grandchildren; Samantha, Daniel, Michael and Alyssa as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were private at the request of the family.
